Our Story

DPC Services Group sits between the business world and the technology world. When legislation like the Australian Privacy Act says your organisation must do something, most businesses know they need to hit the requirement, they just don’t know how to technically achieve it. We close that gap.
Founded by Brenton Harley, who saw the sweeping changes to Australian Privacy legislation coming and built a company to help businesses deal with them practically. We started as Data Privacy Consulting, evolved through Data Privacy, Protection and Compliance, and are now DPC Services Group. The name reflects how the work has grown well beyond privacy to include security, governance, and full-stack data management.
We don’t write lengthy policy documents. We actually get in and do the work. Think of it like a building inspector who doesn’t just tell you what needs fixing. We fix it. Working across Legal, Financial, Manufacturing, Insurance, Healthcare, and Government sectors, we’ve seen what works and what doesn’t.
